I am, Sierra Beale an International Coaching Federation (ICF) certified coach.  I attended Fielding Graduate University ‘s Evidence Based Coaching program, where I received a Master’s Certificate, and I am also a Certified Myers Briggs Trainer which adds another aspect of understanding to the coaching process.

I have more than 25 years in the non-profit arena, assisting individuals in building the life that they want to live.  In this part of my journey I was able to develop leadership, management and insight into who I am and my abilities to support others in transforming their lives.  Creating a sacred, and non-judgmental space that allow one to feel safe, explore and share hopes, dreams, fears and the space to design the path to a joyful fruitful life.
