The legal profession is facing a crisis. You already know this.
For ATTORNEYS:
28% of attorneys experience depression. Burnout, substance use, and anxiety are endemic in the profession. And the standard response — work harder, bill more, push through — is making it worse.
But here is what most wellness programs miss: this is not a character issue. It is a neuroscience issue.
Chronic high-stakes stress literally impairs the prefrontal cortex — the part of your brain responsible for sound judgment, ethical reasoning, and professional decision-making. The science is unambiguous: an attorney operating under unmanaged chronic stress is not performing at full capacity. And under Rule 1.1, that is not just a wellness concern. It is a competence concern.
This workshop gives you the evidence-based tools to interrupt that cycle — and the CLE credits to satisfy three compliance requirements while you do it.

Building Resilience in High-Stakes Legal Practice

Evidence-Based Resilience & Stress Management for Georgia Attorneys
This is not a generic wellness seminar. Every concept and tool in this workshop is grounded in the neuroscience of stress and resilience — and applied directly to the realities of legal practice.
What You Will Walk Away With:
✓ A clear understanding of how chronic stress impairs judgment, ethics, and professional performance
✓ A personalized resilience assessment completed before the workshop
✓ Practical, science-backed tools for managing pressure in real time — depositions, court appearances, difficult client conversations
✓ Communication approaches for high-conflict situations that protect both your relationships and your reputation
✓ A personalized action plan you can begin implementing the next business day
✓ 45-day access to the Driven Resilience® professional platform
✓ A comprehensive participant workbook with tools and reflection exercises
These aren't just human costs, they're business costs. Resilience training isn't a wellness perk; it's a strategic investment in retention, performance, and risk management.
