Awakening Coaching & Consulting, LLC | Effective Date: June 19, 2026
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of www.awakeningcoachingconsulting.com and your
purchase of any services or products offered by Awakening Coaching & Consulting, LLC ("Company"), a
South Carolina limited liability company. By accessing this website or completing a purchase, you agree to be
bound by these Terms.
Acceptance of Terms
Use of this website constitutes acceptance of these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use this website
or purchase our services.
Services Offered
- ICF-Certified Coaching — individual and group coaching engagements
- CLE Programs — continuing legal education programs approved by the State Bar of Georgia, including
Building Resilience in High-Stakes Legal Practice ($250 per attorney)
- Consulting — professional consulting services for individuals and organizations
- Digital Products — downloadable resources, guides, and program materials
Group rates for CLE programs (5 or more attorneys in the same session) are available upon request. Contact
sierra@awakeningcoachingconsulting.com for pricing.
Payment Terms
Full payment is due at the time of registration or purchase. All payments are processed securely through
Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the full amount due. Prices are listed in
U.S. dollars.
REFUND POLICY
CLE Programs
- Cancellations received more than 7 days before the program date: full refund.
- Cancellations received within 7 days of the program date: no refund.
- Partial attendance: no partial refunds. Full attendance required for credit and certificate.
- If we cancel or reschedule: registrants receive a full refund or transfer to the next available session.
Coaching & Consulting
- Completed sessions are non-refundable.
- Prepaid packages: unused sessions are refundable within 30 days of purchase, provided no sessions
have been delivered under that package.
Digital Products
- All sales of digital downloads are final once the product has been accessed. No refunds.
CLE Certificates
CLE completion certificates will be issued within 48 hours of program completion. Full attendance is required
to receive a certificate. Partial attendance does not qualify for credit. Participants are responsible for
submitting certificates to their state bar as required.
Intellectual Property
All program content, materials, frameworks, workbooks, and other resources provided through our services
are the proprietary property of Awakening Coaching & Consulting, LLC. You may use materials for your own
professional development. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or create derivative works from any
materials without express written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Awakening Coaching & Consulting, LLC, its owner, and
affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of
our services or this website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific
service at issue.
We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes from coaching, consulting, or CLE programs.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law
provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of South Carolina.

Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a
revised effective date. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the
updated Terms.
